RUDRA PSYCHOLOGY
A Six-Week Intensive
The fire you have been afraid of is not the problem. It is the path.
Opening January 2027 · 6 Weeks · $597
The Fire You Have Been Afraid Of Is Not the Problem. It Is the Path.
You have tried to understand yourself.
You have read the books, done the practices, sat in the circles. You have worked on your nervous system, your inner child, your shadow.
And yet something persists.
The anxiety that returns after every breakthrough. The hunger for approval you can't quite shake. The gap between the spiritual self you present to the world and the one you live with privately. The anger that frightens you. The control you reach for when life gets uncertain.
You have been told these are patterns to heal. Wounds to tend. Shadows to integrate.
What if they are something else entirely?
What if every contraction, every compulsion, every fear — is Shakti moving through a tightened lens? Not broken. Not stuck. Not requiring more healing.
Requiring recognition.
Rudra doesn't comfort. Rudra cuts. And what is cut away was never you to begin with.

What Is Rudra Psychology?
Rudra Psychology is not a Western psychology course with Sanskrit window dressing.
It is a contemporary synthesis of the ancient streams that share a single radical insight: consciousness is not broken. It is contracted. And the principle that contracts it — the principle of rigidity, of ego-fixation, of the tightened self — is the same principle that, when seen clearly, liberates it.
That principle is Rudra.
Not a deity. Not a figure to worship or fear. A function of your own consciousness.
The traditions this course draws from:
Kashmir Shaivism — the non-dual Tantric philosophy that holds consciousness itself as the only reality. The contracted ego is not an enemy to defeat. It is consciousness that has forgotten itself. The path is pratyabhijñā — recognition.
Shaktism and the Rudra-Shakti lineages — where Rudra is the fierce, uncompromising aspect of Shakti that refuses to allow denial, spiritual performance, or comfortable self-deception. Rudra strips the mask. Shakti provides the fire to do it.
Vajrayana and Dzogchen — which explicitly name Rudra as the personification of ultimate ego-confusion: the fixation of mind that produces aggression, rigidity, and the illusion of a solid self. Taming Rudra in body, speech, and mind is a specific practice lineage.
Kundalini Yoga — which maps the same territory anatomically through the granthis: the three psycho-spiritual knots that bind prāṇa and identity at specific points in the subtle body.
Six weeks. Three knots. One radical premise.
Your suffering is not the obstacle. It is the doorway.
The Course — The Three Granthis
The granthis are not metaphors. They are the actual architecture of how Shakti contracts into pattern, and how she moves when the contraction is seen clearly.
Weeks One & Two — Brahma Granthi: The Survival Knot
This is the root. Fear of death. Financial insecurity. Body shame. Compulsive security-seeking. The deep animal conviction that you are not safe, that there is not enough, that your body is something to manage rather than inhabit.
In spiritual practitioners, this knot shows up quietly — as the capacity to float upward into meditation and philosophy while money, health, and basic life go unattended. As the ability to speak beautifully about surrender while white-knuckling your bank account.
Rudra Psychology names it. Not to shame it. To see it clearly — which is the only thing that changes it.
Weeks Three & Four — Vishnu Granthi: The Power Knot
This is the one that runs most of the wellness and spiritual industry. The hunger for recognition. The fear of being ignored. Power-through-pleasing or power-through-control. The anger that gets suppressed into performance and surfaces as passive withdrawal or sudden eruption.
This is the knot of the heart and solar plexus — where real will gets replaced by the need to be liked. Where authentic leadership collapses into the performance of leadership. Where the deepest longing to be seen becomes entangled with the compulsion to be approved of.
The Vishnu granthi does not want you to look at it directly. That is how you know you are getting close.
Weeks Five & Six — Rudra Granthi: The Identity Knot
This is the one that catches the most sincere practitioners.
Attachment to experiences, visions, and states. Clinging to the role of teacher, healer, or guide. The subtle superiority of the person who has done a lot of inner work. The private self radically at odds with the on-stage self — and the exhaustion of maintaining the gap.
This is not a criticism of sincere practice. It is the nature of the path. You work on the lower two knots, and something loosens. Then you make a new identity out of the loosening. The Rudra granthi is consciousness trying to own its own awakening.
Rudra — as a principle — is what sees through it. Not gently. With the fire of direct recognition.
"You are not cleaning up a broken psyche. You are recognising Shakti in every form she takes — even the contracted, fearful, hungry, controlling ones."
What This Course Offers
This course does not offer relief from discomfort.
It does not offer a kinder story about yourself.
It does not soften the confrontation with your own patterns.
What it offers is this:
The recognition that the fire you have been afraid of IS the path. The anger you have been suppressing is Rudra knocking. The hunger for approval is Vishnu granthi speaking — not a character flaw, but Shakti moving through a contracted lens.
When you stop managing it and start meeting it directly, something loosens. Not because you fixed it. Because you saw it clearly — and consciousness cannot remain bound to what it clearly sees.
The Transmutation Points
- From survival fear into genuine embodiment — fully here, in a body, in a life, with money and health and basic needs met without shame
- From performance of power into sovereign power — the capacity to say no without explanation, to be visible without performing, to feel anger without acting it out or swallowing it
- From spiritual identity into transparency — teaching or serving from 'truth moving through me' rather than 'me performing truth'
- The disappearance of the gap between the public self and the private one
The frame throughout is non-dual. Not later. Not after years more practice. Right here, in the pattern, in the moment of seeing it clearly.
This course is for you if:
- You have been practicing — yoga, meditation, breathwork, therapy — and something still persists that your practice cannot quite reach
- You recognise yourself in words like Brahma granthi, Vishnu granthi, Rudra granthi — even before you fully understand them
- You are willing to be confronted, not comforted
- You sense that your spiritual practice has, at some level, become another form of management rather than genuine transformation
- You are ready for a framework that does not apologise for its precision or its demand
This course is not for you if:
- You want relief without recognition
- You are looking for a gentler story about your patterns
- You are in acute mental health crisis — please seek professional support first
- You expect spiritual education to be comfortable
A Note From Angela
I did not design Rudra Psychology as a course.
I mapped it as a practice.
Thirty years of Kundalini Yoga and Tantric transmission has shown me one thing with absolute consistency: the knots that bind us are not our enemies. They are Shakti in a contracted state. They are consciousness that has not yet recognised itself.
The moment of recognition does not look like relief. It does not look like peace. It looks like the sudden, startling clarity of seeing something you have been avoiding for a long time.
And then — something that was tight for years begins to move.
That is what Rudra Psychology is. Six weeks of that kind of seeing.
It will not be comfortable. It is not designed to be.
It is designed to be true.
